This study allows you to assess the potential and viability of your property or design project, before going to the expense of buying a property or beginning design. This custom report is useful regardless of the architect and contractor that you hire.
A custom report summarizing zoning and regulations. This could include easements, Environmental Critical Area’s (ECA’s), storm water and sewer issues that can affect the viability of a project.
Analysis of your wish list that you provide- it includes your wants, needs and goals of your project.
Explore the site’s potential and conditions that can be an advantage, such as sunlight, tree’s that need to remain, wind and privacy. This will be documented in a preliminary site plan.
Give you information on costs, construction time frame from design to construction. I can provide a schedule and information about my fee’s.
